What departments order
Apparel, leatherette patch hats, engraved drinkware, wooden flags, station signs and personalized gifts can carry approved department artwork. Recent work includes EMS crew caps with engraved rank patches, oval rank-bugle and Star of Life patches, and a Thin Red Line wooden flag. A uniform-style apparel request and a retirement gift have different requirements; tell us whether the project is for everyday crew use, recognition or an event.
Department online stores
A private department store lets your department place one bulk order at discount pricing, or lets members purchase approved gear and pay individually. The available product list and pricing are established for the store, with access codes used for private storefronts. This keeps ongoing ordering separate from a one-time bulk request. Ordering, approvals & sizing
For a department order, include the authorized logo, product types, quantities, size breakdown and any individual names or ranks. Confirm that the department authorizes the artwork you provide. [Proof and approval steps and bulk-order process to be confirmed by David.] Custom work takes 2–3 weeks, with larger projects reviewed for their own estimate. Apparel orders placed by Sunday 6:00 PM Eastern enter that week’s production batch.

Start with the product, quantity, artwork and the date you need it. Include exact names, dimensions and size or color preferences where relevant. We review material compatibility and the design before defining a custom project. A store listing gives the available product options and current price; a quote request lets us review details that are not covered by a standard listing.
In-stock items have a 3-day turnaround. Custom work takes 2–3 weeks. Tell us your deadline before ordering; larger or mixed-product orders need a project-specific estimate. We ship to the 48 contiguous states. Arrange local pickup or drop-off by text, email, phone call or the contact form. Many items have no minimum. Bulk and business pricing is available. Bulk pricing starts at 12 items.
