How long does a custom order take?

In-stock items ship within about 3 business days. Custom orders typically take 2–3 weeks from approved design to shipment, depending on size, materials, and current shop load. Rush timelines can sometimes be accommodated — ask when you submit your project.

How does the custom order process work?

Start a custom order from the Custom page. You'll describe the project, share references, and pick a timeline and budget range. We reply within 1–2 business days with a quote and mockup. After approval and deposit, we build, finish, photograph, and ship the piece.

Do you offer a discount for first responders, military, and veterans?

Yes. Every item in the Heroes Section is automatically 20% off — no codes or verification required. As a first responder and veteran-owned shop, it's our way of honoring those who serve.

Where do you ship and how much does shipping cost?

We ship to all 48 contiguous United States. Shipping is calculated at checkout based on size and weight. Large items (flags, furniture) ship freight or oversized parcel and are crated for safe delivery.

What is your return and refund policy?

Accepted Answer

Stock items can be returned within 14 days in original condition for a refund less shipping. Custom and personalized pieces are non-refundable once production starts, but we'll work with you to make it right if anything arrives damaged or doesn't match the approved design.

What materials do you use?

We work primarily in solid hardwoods and Baltic birch plywood, finished with durable oil and lacquer systems. Metals, leather, glass, and acrylic are available for engraving. Every piece is built to last — no MDF, no shortcuts.

Can I supply my own logo, photo, or design?

Absolutely. Upload reference images or vector files during the custom order request. Higher-resolution art (PNG, SVG, AI, PDF) produces the cleanest engraving and cutwork.
