Terms of Service

By using this site or placing an order with Ironsight Customs, you agree to the terms below. They're written plainly on purpose. If something doesn't make sense, email support@ironsightcustoms.com before you order.

Orders & pricing

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm it once we've reviewed stock and details.
  • Prices, availability, and lead times can change without notice.
  • We may cancel and refund an order if we can't fulfill it (out of stock, pricing error, or material we can't source).

Custom work

  • Custom orders are confirmed in writing with a deposit. Deposits are non-refundable once material is cut or production begins.
  • Wood, leather, and metal have natural variation — grain, color, and small marks are part of the piece, not defects.
  • You're responsible for the accuracy of names, dates, and any artwork you approve before production.
  • Custom pieces are not returnable unless they arrive damaged or differ materially from what was approved.

Shipping

  • We ship to the 48 contiguous United States.
  • In-stock items ship in about 3 business days. Custom work typically ships in 2–3 weeks unless quoted otherwise.
  • Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier accepts the package. We'll help you file a claim if something is lost or damaged in transit.

Returns

  • In-stock, non-personalized items can be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused condition. Buyer covers return shipping.
  • Personalized, engraved, or made-to-order pieces are final sale.
  • If something arrives damaged or defective, email us within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right.

Intellectual property

Photos, designs, and copy on this site belong to Ironsight Customs. Don't reuse them without permission. If you send us artwork or a logo for a custom job, you confirm you have the right to use it, and you grant us the limited rights needed to produce your piece.

Use of the site

Don't try to break, scrape, or abuse the site or its users. We can refuse service or cancel accounts that do.

Disclaimers & liability

Products are sold "as is" beyond any warranties stated at purchase. To the extent allowed by law, Ironsight Customs isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages, and total liability for any order is capped at what you paid for that order.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted here, with the date at the top, is the one that applies.
