Fire Department & EMS Patch Hats

David served as a 68W Combat Medic in the U.S. Army PA National Guard and works as a career paramedic in a Bucks County 9-1-1 EMS system. That background is part of Ironsight Customs, not an invented endorsement from a department. The Perkasie shop makes leatherette patch hats for fire companies and EMS agencies that want their own rank, unit number or approved insignia on a cap.

Rank, insignia & unit patches

Recent department work includes engraved leatherette rank patches for EMS crews, navy-and-white trucker caps and fitted hats, and oval patches showing fire department rank bugles and the Star of Life. A department logo, individual rank and unit identifier have different space requirements. Send the exact artwork and spellings so we can review what will remain legible on the chosen patch.

Crew and department orders

A crew order needs a clear list of quantities, cap preferences, sizes where applicable and any individual variations. Separate the shared department design from names or ranks that change between members. This helps define the project without assuming that every member wants the same hat. [Department proof, approval and bulk-order process to be confirmed by David.] Custom work normally takes 2–3 weeks; a larger department project needs its own estimate.

Run it through a department store

A dedicated organization store allows members to order approved merchandise and pay individually. It can be a useful alternative to collecting a new size sheet and cash for each order. Store setup requirements and costs are not yet published here. Contact us about your department and the products you want available; we will discuss the store rather than imply automatic approval or a free setup.

How to order

Shop hats and patches in the online store, or use the custom patch builder to upload artwork and choose a shape and material.

Start with the product, quantity, artwork and the date you need it. Include exact names, dimensions and size or color preferences where relevant. We review material compatibility and the design before defining a custom project. A store listing gives the available product options and current price; a quote request lets us review details that are not covered by a standard listing.

In-stock items have a 3-day turnaround. Custom work takes 2–3 weeks. Tell us your deadline before ordering; larger or mixed-product orders need a project-specific estimate. We ship to the 48 contiguous states. Arrange local pickup or drop-off by text, email, phone call or the contact form. Many items have no minimum. Bulk and business pricing is available. Bulk pricing starts at 12 items.
